Lb7 stuck on 120

Can't get my 03 lb7 to come off of 120 tune pulling trailer N stuff lots this summer wondering how I can get the tune down it just keeps saying unknown error any help be great I had a command start installed this past winter would that be part of the problem

yup, you nailed it, the remote start is most likely the issue.
Anything that gets wired into the factory harness can cause these types of issues...

Ok so what do I gOtta do to get it tuned back down

im having the same problem with my 02. stuck on 120 and havent installed anything new.

what is the error?
what is the revision on the Predator?

batteries are good. the error is unknown (). revision v.9r08

got a trailer brake installed?

Any electronics?

trailer brake has been in long before the programmer. never had this issue before. but unplugged the brake controller tried tuning once again and nothing.

some help would be appreciated. havent been able to tow anything and thats slowing me down at work

I hate to say this, but the issue IS in the truck, not with the tool.
Something is causing it to not be able to communicate.
I'd bet my paycheck that this tool would work fine on the bench...

so, the truck has NO other electronics installed?
aftermarket stereo? remote start? etc?
