srt4 intune- no adjustable parameters

i have a 2003 dodge neon srt4. my intune willl update and load the new updatte into my cars computer. however, at the main menu for tuning my "adjustable parameters" option is faded and cannot be clicked on. i am trying to do air to fuel ratios for a new tune and this is a big inconvienience. ive tried plugging it into my laptop and restoring it but the parameters wont come up. what can i do to fix this??

click tune vehicle/write vehicle, select the tune, then choose the option to modify the tune, and you'll get to the parameters.
