Tune that is in car question

Ok I have more info...the car came with a somewhat radical cam, heads etc and has a custom tune from a dyno so therefore could this be the reason I cannot access any adjustable parameters ? Now, I live far away from anywhere and what would it take for me to be able to at least adjust a few things like fuel, spark and tire size, rev lmt and shift point to 6400? Can this be made possible with the preditor on this custom tune?

Turns out my vehicle needed to be updated. I had no clue. I appreciate Jon at Diablo for the outstanding tech support. Second to none. All is well now.
