Its MBT spark. It stands for Maximum Brake Torque.

They are attempts to turn off the way the transmission automaticly up-shifts when you hit the shift point. On the 08's you could select this feature, and when in autostick, the car would not shift by itself. You had control of holding it in gear.

I have not tried it with the past few Predator revisions, but with the older revision I run, none of them gave me the Hold-in-Gear.

You can try them one-by-one and see if they have any effect on your car.

Thanks Rick,
I think I will let it alone so it can make its upshifts when it needs to so as not to take a chance of over reving it. I pretty close to the edge with a stock block.

How close are you really? I made just under 600 with the stock 6.1 bottom end. There are guys with superchargers running over 800. You're gonna grenade the tranny, way before the block. Been there, done that, have a spare sitting in the garage that I can't use.

I don't make that kind of power Mike, more like 437 at the wheel @ 6200 and thats where the dyno operator cut the test off at. I was told by the dyno Co not to go past that and they didn't say why. It was done near Chicago in '09 I see. Another knowledgeable guy on the forums said that it would probably be ok to 6500 with the stock block. I am new to Mopars and trying to do what I am told as not to create problems. I do have forged pushrods I see now in the paperwork from the guy I purchased the car from. Shifting at 6400 now but was also told the cam that I have might be more happy at 6800. 6400 seemed to have woke the car up, I was surprised. Peak torque is at 5200. I hear builder Bill has a TCM to take it to 6500 but thats as far as I would go. Based on how the car responded when I went to 6400 I would say it may like 6500.
Thanks
