I have logged what I think is my MDS operation by watching 4 of my 8 injector pulses functions go to “0â€

1.) Not with the handheld device, you'll need a custom tuning dealer to perform this for you.
2.) The AFE stg 2 doesn't require a tune from AFE so I would say that it does this by playing off the amount of variance in the closed loop tables, I would add 3-5% of fuel to help bring this back in line and you can also datalog the fuel trims and adjust until you get this as close to zero as possible, given a +/- 5 difference being factory acceptable.

Thanks for the response, Doug! Exactly which parameters should I log to get the desired zero? And do I add fuel across the board or upper rpms only?
