U7131 Updates?

Are you guys ever going to resolve the rough idle issues with the U7131?

Also, will we ever see any new features or is product development for the U7131 pretty much dead? Items such as refined tunes, data logging, boost fooling, speed/rev limiter and tune on the fly would all be nice to have some day. It's sad to see a product that had so much potential be completely forgotten about.

Not forgotten by any means.
Rough idle was solved in r14 I believe.
If you still have that issue, please restore the backup fully (Options/troubleshooting/restore original backup) and then reapply the tune from the latest revision.
Boost fooling I dont think can be done through the tool, it requires a plug in under hood.
Speed and rev limits are being looked into....be patient please.

Hey Mike,

I have R16, and the idle is still a little rough. I've also tried the restore process you've recommended in the past without any success. My truck idles fine when the Predator is removed or with one of my other tuners installed.

As far as boost fooling, it can be accomplished via software as it's currently being done by one of your competitors. However, the term boost fooling is kinda misleading at this level as the ECM is just reprogrammed to not to de-fuel or open the waste gate due to the higher boost levels.

An external boost fooler is so inexpensive. I just went that route and it works just fine....
