2005 jeep wrangler hard cranking issues

Hello I am looking for help I have a custom tune for my 2005 jeep wrangler for 8lbs of boost and 39lb injectors. The tune does work good for my jeep with the exception of having to crank and least four or more times to get the car to fire up. My tuner is not offering much help at all and told me I would have to live with it, but I did not have this problem until I installed 39lb injectors and the custom tune for my turbo application. Is this a problem with my large injectors or a problem with the tune file?

Its the tune. I have the same problem with my 96lb injectors. Sometimes it just doesn't want to start and takes lots of cranking. See if you can get a log of it cranking. Then they'll know if they need to add or remove fuel during it.
