U7180 only shows factory hp and original backup

Hi, I just got a U7180 preadator(number on sticker on back-232250) off of ebay for my 2002 lb7 duramax 2500hd. It was installed on a 2003 and previous owner put it back to stock. It copies stock program first as it should, but after that once you go into preformance menu all there is is the factory HP and original backup tune, no other tunes in it. It will put original back up back in just fine.Kinda odd, any help would be great. (i am good with electronics). I have a cable to update the predator if need be.

Yeah, should simply need to be updated to the latest revision.

I buy a u7180 today, i try to test it but the same problem. My brother in law have exactly the same truck 2002 duramax lb7.

I've plug the u7180, i have make a back up and everything its okay, when i want to add tune i only have factory hp tune or back up tune.

But when i plug in the truck of my brother in law, i have all tune, with my back up and my vin.

But when i try to make a back up of the lb7 of my brother in law i have a error code -12
