How to get a lew tune?

Hey guys how do I get a custom tune by Lew?
2011 silverado 1500 LT Z71
Total Performance 2.5" leveling kit 2" blocks on rear
33" Nitto trail grapplers
Drop in K&N Air Filter
DiabloSport Trinity
