87 Octane Tune on 5.3 have spark knock

I tuned my 2012 Canyon 5.3 with the canned 87 octane tune that comes on the trinity. I have noticed a little clatter or spark knock under light acceleration. My truck is stock, no mods, any ideas how to make the knock go away?

best bet would be to log it to see if its actually knocking, and where its knocking.

If I log it, then can some tweaks or adjustments to the canned tune be made to correct it?
