Adjusting Parameters

Post by Mike'sLS3 »

If you adjust a parameter, i.e spark timing, on a custom tune and install that tune with the adjusted parameter, then restore back to the oem tune, then reinstall the custom tune: When you reinstall the custom tune is it the original custom tune or is it the custom tune with the adjusted parameter?

when you restore the backup it resets the params, so the change wont be there the second time unless you manually make it.

I'm kind of slow.... sorry.

Just so I am clear. If I restore my car to stock tune, that will also reset the diablosport tunes to the default values on the device as it was shipped? Removing any of the adjustments I have made.

So as long as I don't return to stock. I can continue to make adjustments to individual parameters on a case by case basis and it will retain all of them?

I'm sure someone wants to do this to me.. :normal: :punisher:
