MISSING Intune.exe file

just got the intune in the mail. plugged it in to the computer and it cant install the drivers. its missing the inTune.exe file

heres the tool info

tried it on another computer and it came up but after i updated registered and did a calibration update, the update launcher wont come up. or the diablosport cd rom file. how do i get that back?

try drag/dropping this file to the intune drive, and let it reboot...

I tried this and my inTune still won't come up with intune.exe or a CD-Rom folder. I'm trying to update the GM Tune Db from 1r02s to the current 1r02t. Help! TIA
