Intune stuck in "preparing" after update

I plugged the intune into my pc for the first time and loaded all the drivers and ran the exe file. The program downloaded all of the new files and loaded them onto the intune. It then said that it would auto reboot. The intune went to a "preparing" screen, the drives disconnected from the pc and now its stuck in "preparing". How long should this take to reboot?

it can take 40+ minutes if it needed a bunch of updates...

ok it did all of its updates (about 30 min) but now it pops up the registration screen and after I fill it out and click next it gives me an error and no email.

drag/drop this to the intune drive and let the tool import it and it will be registered.

mine also all it does is go right to preparinf before any updates are being looked for fighting with this things for days been in prepare screen for 3 hours

I just bought my truck and it came with this Intune. I connected to my PC and it locked up in preparing. Now the updater is not responding????????? here is the Info
