Around 1700-2000 the truck hesitates on acceleration like it is hitting a soft rev limiter. More throttle pulls it out of the flutter, but very annoying as this happens at highway speed 70-75mph. Also notice that soon as it hits 2000 rpm the boost shoots up to 20psi from ~10psi without any increase in load
