ok so i own a 07 trailblazer ss and bought in tune came home tryed to get updated and keeps giving me greif i have a acer aspire one labtop and both items are pissing me off why will it not work did step by step first time but no files were there then hooked to truck said vin database error .so today i deleted off labtop and tryed to reinstall still no deal ready to take back and get money :blowup: :cry: plus tech support closed on saturdays wow that must be nice sure does suck for me

And they might be closed tomorrow if they are observing Columbus Day...... How long did you let the inTune update? Some of the bigger updates took hours for me (TCM update for GM was a huge one!)A. Just plug it in and let it run all day, just check on it every 20-30 minutes and make sure it doesn't require any user interface to move it along to the next step.

starting to thing computer is at fault not seeing on there try updates and tool says unable to tell registered but cant find were to register then i have also goten messages vin data base error when key up . i downloaded files from forum to update tool firm ware shows 1r01i all others missing (*)

what does it meen when says unable to load to previse instance exists code 38

please post the info.xml file from the intune drive, and I'll make you a registration file to get past the needed updates.

Glad to see the great customer service does pay off thanks so much cant wait to drive it. Sorry that took me so long to just get better computer haha just wanted to let you know keep up the great work.
