WOT RUN ON

I have a 2010 300srt8, I had a local shop install an sts twin turbos and tune. It is at 8 lbs. boost with a progressive water/methanol injectors. It has one 10 gal. and one 8gal jets (I think sorry , as you can no doubt tell I am a little bit of a neophyte ) LOL. The issue I am having is wot run on. It is intermittent and varies in degree. The shop has been able to fix a srt8 Challenger with a pro charger and W/M injection. But no luck with mine. They have your CMR software. Is there anyway I could get them to get some of your help ?? they seem to want to solve this on their own. Maybe its an ego thing. What steps could I go through to solve this, I am not expecting free info rather a course of action to solve this problem.

Thanks Brian ( I have asked about this earlier Mike replied and yes it is in the tune, I need some suggestions how to get them to solve this.)
