I cant update my tool software

I got my DS downloader installed on my computer , but once i go to "update tool software" it requires a password , i´ve registered my tool but i cant get my password. hope you guys can help me out with that , l8r!

are you trying to update an inTune with DSDL?

Im trying to update my software tools cuz i required for a f250 2011 models. its show "update your software tool" , when i try to download it says that i need a password provided from diablosport. l8r!

Yeh it is , it says that i need a password (provided from diablosport) so i can update my tool software.

I do have another question , does my tool work only for 1 car? cuz i tunned my chevy silverado , but once i go to my chevy tahoe , it says that i have to restore my original backup to my silverado , before i tune the tahoe.

yes, one vehicle at a time, and you have yo restore the stock tune before you can update the device as well.
