ODB2 cable not working...

Brand spank new inTune purchased from Diablosport not working when I try and use the ODB2 cord. The USB cable works fine.. Can't figure out what the problem is. Please help, thanks.

Did you check the fuse in the car? Does the car work with any other OBD2 devices? Does the inTune power up with any other OBD2 cars?

Yes, the fuse in the car is good. I plugged in another device and it worked fine. No, it does not power up with any other OBD2 cars.

Ok.. It's a new unit that ya'll sent me back in April of this year. Is it covered by warranty?

yes, it's still under warranty, you haven't owned it for more than a year...

sounds like either the connector on the intune is bad, or its just the obd cable that is bad....
