issues with update on 12 challenger

Im seeing several issues with new update, first off, I have a 12 Challenger srt 6 speed without MDS and I see provisions within Trinity for turning on & off MDS & trans adjustments..??
next there are no layouts,even my existing layouts are gone. there is a tab that says "restore layouts" but it does nothing..??
when i go to setup pids to datalog, alot of them are in celsius and numbers dont make sense,also several pids are missing..??
I see there is new updates of 11-2-12 on download page,I downloaded on 10-30-12 when 11-up support first came out, whats been changed on new download??

can anyone answer some of these ? please....

if you pick 2010 model, the layouts should work.

the trans adjustments will always show up, no worries.

downloaded the 10/30/12 crom+update,now I see its been updated again to 11/2/12, whats been changed???
should I restore and update to 11/2/12 crom+update?
oh,and thanks for the hard work you guys did getting us 11-up Mopar fans up and running..
