wrong firmware?

just got the InTune I-1000 for my 2004 Ram Hemi- refuses to update, says vehicle not supported.

can you please post a copy of the info.xml file from the intune drive?

Thanks, Mike- it took it this time.
Now I just have to figure out how to set the tire size, etc.
I assume I can find that info on the online owners manual?
And I guess there are plenty of hemi tunes out there, right?
