2006 mustang gt automatic, roush cai, JBA cat4ward shorty headers.

Hi:

I'm thinking about getting the FRPP GT500 60mm throttle body. Will i need a customer tune?

I was reading some other posts and under moderately hard acceleration, my car also seems to backoff right after shifting from 1-2.

Yes it will require some tuning here and there.
