InTune will not update....

Greetings!!!
I found an old email about a critical update for my InTune. I connected the unit to my PC and it lights up but I get no connection confirmation or anything from my PC. The speed shop did my initial setup, and I have since moved and changed email addresses. How do I update that with you guys?

Also, I went out and checked the tuner on my truck, and it will not do anything. The status bar only goes about 1/4 of the way across and stops........ Glad I wasn't headed to the track!!!!!

Ok, I plugged the unit in to my computer today and it connected and went through several WRITE and VERIFY cycles. I have no idea what the issue was when I first put up this thread.... I will plug the unit into my truck when my son brings it home from work to see what happens. Any thoughts????
