raised shift points problem?

i cant seem to raise the shift points on the srt8. i just updated to the new crom file and it still wont install the tune. it says updated but once i go back on the trinity and it ask me to install the tune i hit yes. i do all the turning the key on and off stuff and at the end it says tune not installed. error message is pcm unlock error -18. i can install both 91 and 93 tune, and the throttle booster increase no problem just not the shift points. although it worked once for me when i had the 91 tune in the car. now it wont work on either

does it give an error about the shift points not applying?

It saysm they.were updated but when it actually.tries.to write the tune at the end it says tune not installed. And i get the pcm unlock error -18

try doing them by themselves, in the QA menu, without loading the tune at the same time.
