2012 charger R/T

Hi

Just oerered a Trinity for my 2012 Charger R/T. After I update it is their anything else I shuuld do before I use it? Can I use the start/stop button? has this problem been fixed? or should I use the key?

Once the tune is in and working can I use the start/stop button?

looks like you are right. I thought it was like my challenger. guess not.

I'm not sure. There have been quite a few not working. Personally I wouldn't try to tune until Tech Support is open, just in case it bricks the computer and you need to do a reflash. That requires a passcode, that nobody else can get except Tech.

I think your car is an export charger that is supported, he should wait until all cleared by Diablosport guys first or he should post his Calid.

that wont guarantee anything. i have managed to brick my car a second time despite reassurances that all would be ok (after the c file was supposedly fixed)

all i can say is good luck. it is random it seems whether your car will brick or not. there seem to be 2 ways to brick your car. 1 seems fixable and the other way not fixable.

the 2nd time my car got bricked, it was unfixable over the phone. i have had the car towed to the dealers.

a situation i am not pleased with.

I installed the tune today. It did not write to the car the first time. I had to install it a second time then it wrote just like it should. Is that the way it works? I am used to my Predator.


I also have a question about the transmission firmer shift. It does make the car shift firmer in regular mode, in sport mode it does not make it shift firmer then in regular mode. Is this correct?




In the future will I be able to raise the shift point?

it will shift firmer in any mode....

ideally the tune should go on the first try, was there an error?

well a week later and all I can say is I love the new power. the throttle responce is much better. when I shift the car manualy the down shifts are much smother.
