Updating trinity, cant find "e" file in folder

When I try to down load the " e " update I cant find the file in the folder I downloaded it to. But if I go directly to that file from the start button it shows the file there. Not sure what to do. I have to update my trinity to the e crom

if the tool is registered, simply let dsdl connect to it and it will auto update it...

The trinity shows the c crom, it wont update to the e version.

I will just delete it all off the computer and reload it and start over. if that dont work I'll be calling first thing in the morning.
