Programmer no longer recognizes engine

I have a 2004 Dodge Diesel truck. Predator model # U7130 was installed and running well. I downloaded the original program back into the truck as suggested, when it went to the shop to be repaired (lower fuel pickup needed to be replaced) Now the truck is back and running but the programmer doesn't recognize the truck. It gave me this code 20325253AO' saying "contact diablo"

I tried to call, but was on hold for 20 minutes and had to hang up as I was at work and live in Alaska.

Please advise.

you simply need to update the Predator to the latest revision.

So just download update? Does it work on a MAC? ( sorry - not super computer knowledgeable) Details would be helpful. Thanks a bunch!
