failed to update !!!!!

i attempted :lamer: several times to update all of this :-

Shift firmness
Axle Ratio
Autostick Auto Upshift
tire size
Shift Points

but i got FAILED !! :blowup:

Chrysler 300c 5.7 Hemi 2006

any idea ? :crashing:

latest should be 1r09f, what does it show under options/show information?
