Need help ASAP- Cant start my car - Trinity issue

Well, I have been hit by the same PCM Unlock Error for reflash (-18) when trying to update Shift Firmness. I was however, able to install the 93 tune successfully last night, after getting the f version's update. And the car still runs with the 93Perf tune.
I guess I will also need to call Diablosport then?
Do i need to be anywhere near an internet connection during the process of correcting this? Or just being on the phone will be enough?

no, just go in and do shift firmness by itself without loading the tune, and it will be fine.

Thanks Mikel! Yes I was able to update firmness by going into Quick Adjust menu. Earlier, i was trying it from the Modify Tune setting. I should have been able to do it from both, right? Any idea why it didnt work from Modify Tune setting?
I am worried that when i go to install the factory tune, I will get the PCM error then.

we're gonna fix it so you can do it in either menu.

before you go to restore the stock tune for any reason, go to the QA menu and restore quick adjusts, then, restore the backup, and there will be no worries

I'll try to remember to reset the QA setting before getting back to factory tune. That will happen only when I take the car to the dealership for oil change etc.

I have found that when I get the -18 error if I select no when it asks if i want to load the tune after making the adjustments and then select install tune from the main menu, things work fine.

these qucik adjust related -18 issues are ALL fixed in the latest release

Got it! I just disabled MDS and increased shift firmness before installing a custom tune and it worked fine. Those guys at DS are all over it.
