modifying the 93 tune on 2012 dodge ram

I've saved my original tune and downloaded the 93 tune without any mods. I want to change tire size and turnoff the mds now. Do I have to uninstall the tune, go back with my original tune and then, start all over or can I just edit the tune and save it in place?

The best way to do it to minimize errors is to:
1. Install the original (93Oct or whatever you choose) unmodified tune.
2. After initial install, go modify the tune to change/turn off whatever parameters you wish and install the modified tune. Sometimes it will say that the modified tune failed to load. If so, just unplug and restart the Tuner. When you go back into the Performance menu again, it will ask you if you want to install the modifications. Select yes and it should work the 2nd time if it didn't the first.
3. Change the any other settings via Quick Adjust that were not able to be changed in the modify tune section. Make sure that the quick adjusts are the last thing that you do and that you have changed all the othere parameters first before doing this.
