Cannot update to latest Crom file

I just had my PCM updated at the dealer last week and now I am trying to retune my vehicle.
It first says something like current PCM flash file not supported, tool may have to be update, so i hook it all up to the DS downloader and download latest Crom file 9r14 and try and uplaod it to the tool, says I cannot downgrade from 9r09 to 9r14.
do some searching on the forum and cant find a straight answer,some say I need a special file, other says the Pedator is obsolete and I have to get the the I Tune.
I also tried the 9r13 file with same results.My tool hardwear is UNIV_REV2.
Any help please?

Thanks Mikel,that worked great!.... untill I attempted to tune vehicle and now it says my calibration of 05187929AF is not supported and i have to downgrade to AD, I just had it updated from AD to AF. what do I do now?

follow the instructions....connec it to the pc, open dsdl, click cal updater button
