On Jeep Grand Cherokee Model Years 2011-Current there is an optional feature (standard on Overland, Overland Summit) to have their Quadralift Air Suspension. In a nut shell, it allows the Jeep to change its ride height over a 4" span.
One of the major complaints from those that are lucky enough to have it is that you cannot lock the ride height (I think Land Rovers can). The current restrictions are that you must maintain a certain speed in order to keep the ride height. Once you go over that speed the height changes.
Here is a quick break down of the limitations:
You cannot go over 25 MPH in Off-Road II (2.6" higher than normal ride height)
You cannot go over 39 MPH in Off-Road I (1.3" higher than normal ride height)
Must be doing 62 - 66 MPH for greater than 20 seconds to drop into Aero (0.5" below normal ride height) OR go into "Sport Mode"
You cannot go over 25 MPH in Park Mode (1.5" below normal ride height)

This gets really annoying, especially when trying to remember what happens at what speed.
So, for my request, is it possible to have your guys work on something that allows us to either modify the speeds when these changes occur or lock a height in (like a lift kit)?
Your tuner is getting a lot of attention from the WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee owners now that there are tunes available. I think this would make your product an even bigger win with owners!
If you need more detail, or would like people to chime in here to back this request, let me know.

Re: Request for Jeeps with Air Suspension (Quadralift)
I wanted my jeep to ride in "park" mode. I also have the QL. I removed the M2 fuse and was able to shut down the air suspension. Now my Jeep rides in "park" mode all the time.

Any updates on this feature?mikel wrote:interesting, might be something we can look into in the future.
I'd buy a tuner just for the ability to be able to select a Ride Height and it not be linked to speed or Quadra Drive II mode in any way!
Re: Request for Jeeps with Air Suspension (Quadralift)
Thats BCM controlled. Not gonna be able to do it with a tuner. And driving in park mode is gonna destroy the air springs. They need the pressure to keep them oriented properly. No pressure is gonna crease them in bad spots and create weak spots.

Re: Request for Jeeps with Air Suspension (Quadralift)
I agree with you, constantly driving in park mode would most likely damage the suspension, but it would be nice to be able to keep it in ORI or aero mode when desired without having to change to sport and loose traction control!
It would seem that if there was a way to send a fake speed to it that never reaches 25mph then we could control the lift without it reverting back to a non-desired mode.

Re: Request for Jeeps with Air Suspension (Quadralift)
Just something I learned on my old saab with bags. The position they are in are based off of a sensor(as are the jeeps according to the article) What some people would do is adjust the sensor so it would lower the truck and the new "middle" value would end up putting the truck lower. Fronts were still springs, so I never got around to doing it, but its worth looking into.
