Each time I try to upload either the 91 Octane tune or the Diablo Tune on my 2011 Dodge Challenger R/T, it fails to write. The status bar on the write goes to 100% but when I'm then told to turn the Key to Off and back On, the car won't come back on. It instructs me to cycle the key over and over again this way for a couple minutes, but inevitably always states that the write has failed and the back-up tune must be restored.
Interestingly, I also have this problem twice each time the back-up original tune is attempting to write. The status moves right along, but then fails after asking me to switch the Key to Off. It simply won't switch On again after that - it's just non-responsive. After 2 failures (all the way though with the a new upload status bar each time), eventually the problem doesn't happen again. It's really odd.
Hoping you might have some advice for me or can simply let me know when you think an update will be available. Really want to get this up and running after 2 years of waiting!

I was having the same issue about a week ago with my 12 ram 5.7l. But it was only after making changes to the canned tunes. Are you able to load a canned tune without making changes?
Also Diablo just released a new updated which was to have fixed my problem, are you up to date?

Up to date on the software as of last night, but each time I have been trying to modify the canned tunes. Will try to upload one of the canned tunes today with no changes. Thanks for the tip.

Have tried a few more times following 2 downloaded updates. Still the exact same frustrating results.
Will be calling tomorrow from my office. Unfortunately, your limited help hours means that I don't have another option. I just hope I don't have to wait on hold for 35 minutes again before my call is picked up.

I have a similar problem loading the canned tunes as well, I can load the 91 tune provided I do not make any modifications to the tune, as soon as I try to modify a peramiter it loads right up till the key cycle step and then it just says write failed restore to original tune and goes into recovery mode to restore the factory tune. It has no issues restoring original tune. It's nice to be able to at least load the canned tunes but would sure be great to be able to modify the perameters. Hope there's an easy fix for this problem.

Yeah, and I'm still having this exact same problem. Planning on throwing in the towel soon and returning the InTune DCX soon.
Mike, can you tell me if people are experiencing the same issues with the 11+ Challengers using the Trinity? If not, I think I'll simply try to do an exchange and upgrade.

Re: Write Failure Each Time During Key Cycle on '11 Dodge
I had an 11 durango here yesterday, that onthe first key cycle at the end of the flash, the dash would go dead and the key/button did not respond.
I just clicked the check mark 2x, then when the dash comes back to life, the intune will ask for key off, change it from run to off, and follow the prompts to turn it back on, and it should work fine.
I flashed it 10 times with no failures, and it did this every time.
Trinity does not have this issue.
The durango had a Trinity when it came in, and it had no issues.
Thanks

Thanks for the fast response, Mike. I really appreciate it.
I'll try this a couple more times (have tried about 20 thus far) and see if it works for me. If not, might give the Trinity a shot instead.
Thanks again,
Ken
