axle and tires adjustment

In the cmr software is there anywhere to adjust for the following . I could not find any adjustment for a 2012 dodge ram. I looked through all the scalers and functions and also tables. Am I missing something or is just not there.

tire and gear changes on DCX vehicles are not in the tune, its part of the header inthe flash file, those changes can only be done with the tools themselves.
