how to data log and save file for tuning

i have a 2011 charger r/t tracpac i did long tube headers and 3in. catback also have a cold air intake and a srt8 intake manafold on car i have been getting lean bank 1 code and the car act,s like it wants to go in to limp mode when i jump on the gas i just got my tuner and need to know how to do a log and save the file for my tuner who is out of state so we can fix it i went on a trip last year and the car was shuting down on me and losing power i had to stop on the side of the road a lot and restate the car to get it to run any help please

I couldn't get the SD card to work so I just used the DS Dataviewer.
