Re: Intune help
This happened to me as well. I had to get on with tech support, they reset the tuner (had to provide various codes on the tool), and then tried again and all was good. You may need to wait on hold for a good 30 minuts or so, however once you get through they should be able to get your squared away.
I would just ask them to stay on the line after the tuner is reset and attempt to tune your vehicle. If successful, all good. If not atleast you wont have to wait on hold again.

Re: Intune help
intune is in recovery mode. Continue?
I have this issue also.......continuous loop of a never ending cycle of grrrrrrr, seems pretty common. I just got my intune today and was real excited to try it but I diligently followed the instructions to the letter and BAM, intune is in recovery mode. Continue?.
To say the least I'm very frustrated and disappointed. I've read over posts that go back a year on this issue. Funny thing, after all the time spent reading on the forums the only sollution is to call them. I guess I'll be on the horn in the morning. Sadly my Christmas morning excitement has wore off and I'm just wanting to get this resolved
Is it pretty much just a factory reset?

Re: Intune help
Yes, a factory reset did the trick! One quick call and one great tech on the phone and all was resolved! Awesome
support.

Re: Intune help
I'm in the same boat. I notice that when I get to the reset screen, I get a "key" code that's too long to enter into the tool.
Am I missing something or must I call to get it resolved? I really would like to use this on my upcoming road trip which is this week.

We must be on the same boat. Mine does this too. The intune does not seem very refined.... The updater keeps saying that intune is up too date...

Yes you must call, then you will read out the question (key code) and diablo will supply an answer for you to enter into the unit that will reset it.dadrainer wrote:I'm in the same boat. I notice that when I get to the reset screen, I get a "key" code that's too long to enter into the tool.

I called today. It took about 4 ring for a tech to answer. It took another 2 minutes for me to read the code and him to read it back. All is great now!! Works good. Thanks to the diablosport tech line!! Great job!!!
