2005 Ram trans tuning

Hi i have a 2005 dodge Ram 1500, im tuning with the Intune and ive been having this problem since i got it several months ago. The intune doesnt read mi TCM so their is no trans tunnig. ive contacted youre Tech support several times,their is another thread i opened about the issue but i couldnt find it. you guys try to help me out but nothing you do works on this tool. i have custom PCM tunes for a bigger cam and that works good but it doesnt give me TCM tuning options. I get no CAL ID for TCM. I dont know what to do, I need to get TCM tunning. ive thought about getting a Trinity but i dont know that that will fix the problem. Is it my truck or the intune? is there any other way you guys can help me out?

you're on an older test version, please let the updater run then click update/check now and let it update.

ok i updated it and there is no change, i still cant do TCM tunnig. ive tryed every update and a couple monthe ago a tech guy had me load some file to fix the problem but didnt fix the problem. ill post it...

drag/drop this to the intune drive and let it reboot please

I tryed it on my truck and its still the same problem, trans tuning doesnt appear anywhere. ive been thinking of trying out a Trinity but i realy dont want to fork out $600 and have the same problem. but i dont know if its the intune or the truck

have we tried forcing a cal update to the vehicle?

No it hast had a force cal update

thats the next step, give us a call when you get a chance with the tool powered up in the truck and request that we force a cal update to see if TCM support will show up.

Ok.. so i called tech support and had them do a force CAL update, went though the whole thing loaded it to the vehicle and there was no change, is this all i can do? Whats are my options?

turns out there is an issue with the way intune sees the TCM calid vs Pred/Trinity, we're looking into it.
