Ram 1500 capabilities

I'm thinking about getting a trinity for my 2012. Just wondering if anyone could give me some insight here. I'm wondering if any of the parameters can be changed on the fly or if they are write only via ecu flash.

I'm wondering this specifically for things like traction control and torque management. Any help is appreciated.

TM is heavily reduced in the tunes.
TC can be disabled.

Tune changes are flash based, vehicle must be off to make changes.

Thanks, just have to decide whether to go dcx or trinity now. My only real concerns are tire size, tm, tc, throttle boost, reading/ clearing codes, shift firmness and the tunes. As far as I can tell the tunes are all the same from trinity to dcx. I've never owned a ds programmer before. Could you make any recommendations as to if the dcx won't cover any of my wants, or if the trinity offers something I may be over looking? Thanks again, big help.

either will do what you are looking for, Trinity is the preferred/top of the line device
