engine ping

Hey guys, i've purchase the intune and just arrive today, i have a 06 chrysler 300 3.5l and load the 89 octane tune since thats the gas that in my tank right now (Petro canada/Sunoco) but my engine is pinging noticeably on lite acceleration, and idle is fluctuating 570 to 620rpm in park. need some help please...

try updating to the attached file (drag/drop to the intune drive) then retune it :)

thanks mike for the quick reply, i just install the firmware update to the intune, i haven't had a chance to retune the car yet to see any changes, but i've notice that this is and older update <main svn="5866" sw_rev="1t03gc" full_version="InTune-1t03gc 02/08/2013 02:44:19 PM"/> compared to the one that i have before (1r03g), can you tell me what parameters have been change on this firmware, and is it possible for my car to have a CAI 91 octane tune?

no need for CAI tunes for the V6 models....

one more thing mike, what logging parameters or PID's should i be looking at to monitor the engine ping?

sorry mike but i'm still a nubie on this abbreviations, can you say that again, and what values are normal and exceeding?
