I have a 06 300C SRT8 with AFE stage 2 and 185 stat as only mods. I installed the 91 CAI tune and added 10% fueling in all ranges to account for our oxygenated gas up here in Canada. It is winter time here and very cold (14-30 degrees F but it's going up to 50F next week hehe)
Doing a run in second gear (autostick) from 2000rpm and shifting into third at 6400 rpm I am getting up to 4 degrees knock throughout the run. Do I need to add even more fuel? (Timing is unchanged and commanded AF is 11.37:1 though I know that isn't whats actually seen)
So my questions are:
1) is 4 degrees knock significant enough to warrant dropping the timing a degree or should I add more fuel?
2) How soon are we going to see integration between Innovate and the dataviewer/predator handheld?
3) I was looking at ST knock retard (long term is zero) The total knock reading was 120 which didn't mean anything to me.
4) Is there long term corrections to the WOT fueling to hit the targetted AF? Will the STRIMs/LTRIMs affect WOT AF?
Thanks for your help! I have access to 94 and might try the 93 octane tune and add 5% fuel to see how that works. I wish the wideband integration was complete then I'd be able to fully road tune this beast
Cheers,
Chris
