Aftermarket Upgrades

I recently purchased an inTune I-1000. I have a 2008 4.6L 5Speed Mustang GT. I have several aftermarket upgrades done to the car and wanted to know wether the tuner will be able to recognize these parts or either already has a tune set for these parts to optimize the engines performance of all the aftermarket parts installed. Would I need a custom tune from you guys to download or will I be able to take care of this fairly easy on my own. Here is a list of parts that I have done to the car already.

Ford Racing High Performance intake manifold
BBK 62mm throttle body
BBK CAI
JBA long tube headers
Spin Tech exhaust w/ X-pipe

I have tried to get in touch with a CMR tech already and no luck.
