question regarding adjustable parmeters

I can't help but notice but when other folks ask about the adjustments that can be made outside of the canned tunes ie,. With fuel wot timing etc.there's never a response. I have posted questions about similar inquires and oddly can't find my post which could be my ownfault but anyway the thread or post never gets answered.iI know there are alot of vehicles but most pids are based on the same premiss-. I don't have any problems with my in tune it has far exceeded my expectations, but some help with the pids and wheres a good place to start would be greatly appreciate plus I don't want to blow anything up. Please don't take this as a negative comment I don't mean it that way, I just want to learn as much as possible to maximize the most of this add on . Thanks

adjusting wot spark or fuel should be based on good data that tells you what or why to change it....just making changes 'because' will get you in trouble.
A wideband is a must for proper WOT fueling adjustments...

OK I got it. One other thing is when I view the in tune on my PC it shows three other data logs two of an f150 and one of a corvette. How did they get on a new unit and can I erase them without any problems? Thanks

those aere sample logs in dataviewer, your logs are on the intune.

Same thing here. Only sample logs open. How do you open the logs in the intune? Are there instructions for the dataviewer anywhere?

Simply copy/ drag and drop the log file/files to your desktop or other appropriate area and then open DataViewer program and from the FILE menu open, search for and they will open.

and slaytona if no one knows what you are trying to make adjustments on (vehicle ) they cannot even start to help! Fords, GM and dodge are all different.

64694_00 is my log. When I click open nothing happens. Surely you don't need the inTune connected once it's already download in your computer.

I understand what your saying and I have a better understanding as I get to read more posts and answers. I have read your custom tunes page, once I get the engine where I want it, I will just send my info and save myself some time and money.

I got it working. Once pasted into the box shown above then click open and the PIDs are shown at the left. I then had to choose which PIDs to view then click play. Quite a process unless I'm still doing something wrong. But I can veiw all PIDs once I click on them. And export to a spread sheet file too.

Do you have to go though the agreement commands everytime you use the dataviewer? Seems a waste of time.
