cal id not supported

I recently purchased my U7160 for my '03 F250 6.0 Powerstroke. I can't install a tune due to calid. Mine reads 'ARZ2AH00' K VXAP2N2.TQAU0N5.HEX*
Can ya help me out?

Forgot to mention...tuner updated to r45 and no mods on the truck yet.

The U7160 has been discontinued for several years. Due to the constant calibration updates released by Ford for these trucks, we have had to update the software in this Predator numerous times. As a result, we have filled the memory of this tool and it cannot support any further updates.
We do have a trade-in program available through our sales department that will allow you to trade in your old tool toward the purchase of a new one.
