I need to unlock/unmarry a u7137 predator with v.9r04 software (I was sold/they thought they had unlocked). Am I able to do through the forum, or do I need to call in. I've been on hold for 25 minutes.

fill out the return form under support then we'll email you to call with the tool powered up to unlock it once the charge has been approved.
