intune calibration issue

hi i have a 2010 3.5 charger and i plugged the intune into my computer and it said that the intone was updated and then i registered it. but when i went to load a tune onto my charger the calibration update came on so i did the update but then it said turn the car off then back on so i did it. and then a error screen came up and made me strt all over again. any suggestions? im just trying to load the tune?

it may need a quick reset, give us a call with the tool powered up please.

whats is the reason for my rpms staying so high doesnt seem to shift properly?

Is this a I-1000 or a I-1000-DCX ?
Only one thing to say about my "Diablew" Tune!
" Just Friggin Wicked"
