inTune new updates ready?

I have a GM customer on hold waiting for the fix to be published to the auto-update feature that surfaced last week. Can someone let me know if this is ready to go and if not, when it's expected?

Unfortunately I can't use the test version
This an elderly gentleman with limited computer comprehension and I need to get him on the auto update or give him his money back and use an SCT

can he call us with the tool powered up at the PC so we can just do it for him?

We can make that happen, as long as he can type in www.logmein123.com :)

I just hung up after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes..... that's happened the last several times I've tried to call in . I can't put a customer in that loop...
