Swap pcm to older unit?

I remember reading where this was not a possible swap, however, I can't remember where I saw it so I must verify. Can a 2013 pcm be either flashed to or replaced with a 2012 unit so tuning can be used on a 2013 Challenger 6spd?

Well there was a time when the 11,12`s were locked and no one could break the code. That has changed even though the 13`s are not yet supported, not entirely sure if a 13-12 swap is even possible as PCM/TCM`s are vin # specific so you would need to reflash all the factory stuff over first if possible. I am sure the 13 flashing is not too far off...
