Hi, I got a '12 durango and I was wondering if I can run the 91 tune with 93 octane?

well i loaded the 91 tune with 93 octane gas and i was getting ST KNK(log_01) then i retuned it with the 93 tune and i got some LT KNK(log_03)
i put the car back to stock cause i dont wanna mess anything up, can someone help me out on what to do?
