Intune Updating issue?

I plug the USB into my Intune, let everything load it says theres an update it does it update... Shortly after it says updates loaded to the intune, it shuts my drive down and my intune stays stuck on preparing ? Can anyone help?

leave it alone... don't unplug it... it's updating itself... it takes a while..... it's not stuck...

will go through preparing, writing, verifying, etc.. could do that loop a few times depending on how many updates it had to download.... so just leave it and let it run through it... yes it can take a while (30+ minutes)...

How is it updating it self if its shutting the drive down completely as if there was an error??? Ok so Im gonna walk away for 30 minutes and let it sit here preparing.............
