Tire size?

How can I verify that my tire size changes have taken? I put in the Diablo (93 octane) tune and changed tire size and throttle response. When I went back into the program to change the throttle response some more it had an * in the box and when I went in to that portion it showed what I had done previously. The tire size box did not have an * and I had to click thru to get to my size. It saved, so it said but when I went back in it did not show again. I have basically done tire size 3 times.

Yes I am new to this so could be confused.
