7153 says not licensed for vehicle???

I just bought a used 7153 predator and when attempting to write the tune to my '01 expedition it says its not licensed for this vehicle. Now when I look at last tune performed it says "Original Backup" for the last tune so I'm guessing that unlocks the tuner when that has been performed. The flash version says v.8r2 as well. Maybe it needs an update?? Is it still married to another vehicle??

As Garrett mentioned via email, that message indicates the tool is locked to another vehicle, and can be unlocked for $129.
